46 Insurgents Were Killed!

Kabul, Afghanistan: in the past 24 hours, Afghan National Defense and Security Forces launched 14 joint offensive & pre planned clearance operations and Air Forces carried out 14 airstrikes on enemies’ positions, in order to remove security threats, eliminate the enemy’s strongholds and ensure better security, these operations were conducted in 13 provinces of the country, as a result, 46 Insurgents including a Taliban local commander were killed, 15 were wounded and 2 were detained.

Nangarhar- 13 insurgents including 5 ISIS fighters were killed and 2 motorbikes were destroyed in airstrikes in Pachir WA gam & Khogyani districts. 

Badakhshan- 10 insurgents were killed, 1 hideout and amount of weapons & munitions were destroyed in airstrikes in Wurduj district.

Balkh- 8 insurgents were killed and 12 were wounded in an airstrike in Charbulak district.

Ghazni- 6 insurgents were killed, 3 were wounded and 2 motorbikes were destroyed in ANA clearing operation in Muqur district and province capital.

Takhar- 5 insurgents were killed in an airstrike in Khwaja Bah Uddin district.

Wardak- 4 insurgents including Qari Khalid, a Taliban local commander were killed in airstrikes in Chak district and province capital.

Helmand- 2 insurgents were arrested in ANA Special Forces night raid operation in Garmsir district.
