70 Insurgents Were Killed!

Kabul, Afghanistan: in the past 24 hours, Afghan National Defense and Security Forces, launched 16 joint offensive & pre planned clearance operations and Air Forces carried out 25 airstrikes on enemies’ positions, in order to remove security threats, eliminate the enemy’s strongholds and ensure better security, these operations were conducted in 11 provinces of the country, as a result, 70 Insurgents were killed and 9 were wounded.

Ghazni- 26 insurgents were killed, 2 were wounded, 2 vehicles, 10 motorbikes and 1 hideout were destroyed in airstrikes & response attacks in Khogyani, Jaghatu, Dehyak, Muqur, Giro districts and province capital.

Kandahar- 17 insurgents were killed in airstrikes in Arghandab district.

Takhar- 13 insurgents were killed and 9 were wounded in airstrikes in Baharak district.

Logar- 7 insurgents were killed and 1 vehicle was destroyed in airstrike in Baraki Barak district.

Helmand- 6 insurgents were killed and 1 motorbikes was destroyed in airstrikes in Nahar Saraj, Marja & Nad Ali districts.

Zabul- one insurgent was killed, 1 wounded and 1 motorbike was destroyed in airstrike in province capital.

Farah- A vehicle packed with explosives was destroyed in airstrikes in Balabulok district.
