125 Insurgents Were Killed!   

Kabul-Afghanistan- In the past 24 hours, Afghan National Defense and Security Forces launched 19 joint offensive & pre-planned clearance operations and Air Forces carried out 21 airstrikes on enemies’ positions, in order to remove security threats, eliminate the enemy’s strongholds and ensure better security, these operations were conducted in 16 provinces of the country, as a result, 125 Insurgents were killed and 41 were wounded.  

Kandahar- 41 insurgents including Zara a Taliban local commander and 3 Pakistani IED maker were killed, 22 were wounded, 4 vehicles, 14 motorbikes, 3 hideouts and 1 were bunker destroyed and 28 rounds of IEDs were discovered & defused in clearing operation conducted by Afghan National Defense and Security Forces with support of Air Forces in Maiwand & Khakrez districts.

Ghazni- 29 insurgents were killed, 3 were wounded, 2 vehicle, 2 motorbikes, 4 narcotics drugs facilities were destroyed and 31 bags of hashish were seized in ANDSF clearing operation with support of Air Forces in Qarabagh, Dehyak, Ab-Band and Gelan districts.

Uruzgan- 13 insurgents were killed, 10 were wounded, amount of weapons & ammunition, 1 vehicle and 3 hideouts were destroyed in ANA response attacks with support of Air Forces in Chora and Khas-Uruzgan districts.

Kunduz- 13 insurgents were killed and 1 vehicle was destroyed in airstrikes carried by Air Forces Khan Abad district and Naw Abad & Besh-kaproak areas of the province capital.

Badghis- 8 insurgents were killed in airstrikes carried by Air Forces in Muqur district.

Paktia- 6 insurgents were killed, 1 depot of ammunition and 24500 kg explosives were destroyed in airstrikes carried by Air Forces in Zadran district.

Daykundi- 4 insurgents were killed and 3 were wounded in an airstrike carried by Air Forces in Kujran district.

Laghman- 3 insurgents were killed in response attacks in Alishing district.

Paktikah- 2 insurgents affiliated to Haqqani network were killed and 1 vehicle was destroyed in airstrikes carried by Air Forces in Barmal district.

Farah- 2 insurgents were killed and 1 motorbike was destroyed in an airstrike carried by Air Forces in Shorabay area of the province capital.

Herat- one Taliban local commander along with his bodyguard were killed, amount of weapons & munition were confiscated and 1 motorbike was destroyed in Joint Special Operation conducted by ANDSF with support of Air Forces in Kishak Kohna district.

Jowzjan- one insurgent was killed and 3 were wounded in an airstrike carried by Air Forces in Khan Aqa district.

Helmand- one insurgent was killed in an airstrike carried by Air Forces in Grishk district.
