21 Taliban terrorists killed in different parts of the country  

 Kabul-Afghanistan:  21 insurgents were killed and 18 others were wounded in Afghan National Defense and Security Forces’ joint operations in different parts of Afghanistan.

During these operations in the past 24 hours, Afghan National and Defense Security forces  shelled and bombed the enemies’ positions by artilleries and air force in    Nangarhar,Nooristan,Kapisa,Paktia,Ghazni,Kandahar,Zabul,Oruzgan,Herat,Badghis,Balkh,Faryab,Kundoz and Helmand provinces.

Enemies suffered heavy casualties in these operations. Five insurgents were killed and seven others were wounded in Balablok district of Farah. Six insurgents were killed, five were wounded and a vehicle was destroyed in Andar and Dehyak districts of Ghazni. Three insurgents were killed and two others were wounded in Bargmatal district of Nooristan.

Similarly, three insurgents were killed and a Taliban local commander by the name of Khanullah was wounded in Tagab district of Kapisa. Two insurgents were killed, three were wounded and some fighting positions destroyed in Aqtash district of Kundoz. Two insurgents were killed in Bushran area, capital of Helmand province.

13 clearing operations, 23 Special Forces’ operations were carried out in ten provinces in the past 24 hours. Afghan Air Force, also, conducted 113 freights supporting Afghan National army and carried out 11 airstrikes on enemies’ sanctuaries.

Afghan National Army as the nation’s defense forces, are ready to give sacrifices to bring lasting peace and security to the people and are determined to eradicate terror groups in Afghanistan.
